Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets WNT2 and is supplied unconjugated as an IgG reagent. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human and mouse samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human WNT2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of WNT2 protein. The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~ 34, 40 kDa.
