Anti-WNT2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that targets WNT2 (also designated Wnt2/IRP). Provided as an unconjugated IgG, it is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human and Rat samples, with 3 scientific validation images available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26–360 of human WNT2 (NP_003382.1), and the reagent is purified by affinity purification. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific and the molecular weight is reported at 43 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at −20 °C and avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
