Anti-WNT1 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com catalogue, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the WNT1 proto-oncogene (synonyms INT1, Proto-oncogene Int-1 homolog, Proto-oncogene Wnt-1) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human WNT1) and detects endogenous levels of total WNT1 protein. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
