Anti-WNT1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that recognises Wnt1 (WNT1) and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit and the isotype is IgG.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–370 of human WNT1 (P04628). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; concentration is reported as lot-specific. The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 41 kDa. Recommended dilutions given by the manufacturer are WB 1:1,000–1:4,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
