Anti-Wnt-1 (G331) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Wnt-1 and mapping to the G331 epitope region. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence, including ICC/IF, on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 301–350 of human Wnt-1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the Wnt-1 protein, which migrates at approximately 41 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
