Anti-WNK1 (phospho-T60) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against WNK1 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the protein only when phosphorylated at Threonine 60. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human WNK1 surrounding the Thr60 phosphorylation site. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein WNK1 has a molecular weight of approximately 230 kDa.
