Anti-WNK1 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent was raised against a recombinant immunogen derived from human WNK1 (WNK lysine-deficient protein kinase 1) and affinity-purified to selectively recognize the endogenous total WNK1 protein in research samples. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and should be stored at –20 °C (shipped cold at 4 °C; aliquoting on arrival is recommended to avoid freeze/thaw damage). It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and cross-reacts with samples from human, mouse and rat, making it useful across a broad range of cell- and tissue-based studies of kinase signaling and cation-chloride cotransporter regulation. Because the reagent is polyclonal and host-derived, it delivers strong signal-to-noise for total WNK1 detection and pairs well with standard HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies.
