WISP2 (also known as CCN5) is a member of the CCN family of matricellular proteins and a downstream effector of Wnt signaling, implicated in adipocyte differentiation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and tumor progression in cancers such as breast and gastric carcinomas. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the WISP2 target and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human and mouse samples. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, allowing convenient storage at -20 °C without loss of activity through repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The unconjugated format offers flexibility for downstream labeling or secondary detection systems, supporting applications such as investigating WISP2 expression in tumor tissue microarrays, characterizing signaling pathway activity in metabolic and obesity research, and probing endogenous protein levels in cell lysates across a range of disease models.
