Anti-WIPI2 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes WIPI2 and is supplied by Antibodies.com in a 200 µl volume for research using human or mouse specimens. Its IgG format allows researchers to select an appropriate labeled secondary antibody for western blot (WB) analysis of protein abundance or immunohistochemistry (IHC) localization in tissue sections.

WIPI2 contributes to autophagosome membrane organization by interacting with phosphoinositides and helping connect early isolation-membrane signals to the ATG12–ATG5–ATG16L1 ubiquitin-like conjugation machinery. The antibody can therefore support studies of endogenous WIPI2 distribution and expression under basal conditions, nutrient deprivation, cellular stress, pharmacological treatment, or disease-related conditions. Human and mouse reactivity enables comparative experiments across relevant cell and animal research models.

As a polyclonal primary reagent, it can recognize multiple epitopes on WIPI2.
