Anti-WIPI1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to WIPI1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 187–446 of human WIPI1 (NP_060453.3), and the target has a molecular weight of approximately 46 kDa. It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
