Anti-WIF1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and directed against WIF-1 (Wnt inhibitory factor 1), a secreted antagonist of the Wnt signalling pathway. The immunogen is a fusion protein of human WIF1, and the antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of the total WIF1 protein across validated human and mouse samples. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit IgG at 1.1 mg/mL in pH 7.4 PBS with 0.05% sodium azide and 40% glycerol, the reagent is intended for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:200–1:1000) and immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (1:100–1:200). In-house validation data illustrate a clean band from 40 µg of mouse trachea lysate on an 8% SDS-PAGE gel at a 1/300 primary dilution with a goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary at 1/8000, together with chromogenic staining of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue at 1/100.
