Anti-WHSC1L1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting WHSC1L1 (also known as NSD3), supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The reagent is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and validated for Western Blotting on human and mouse samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 430–590 of human NSD3/WHSC1L1 (NP_075447.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

For Western Blot applications, a recommended working dilution range of 1:200–1:2,000 is advised. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, aliquot and store at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
