Anti-WHSC1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets WHSC1/NSD2 and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human WHSC1 (NP_579877.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. Reported molecular weights are 80 kDa and 152 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
