From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises WHRN (also referred to as DFNB31) and is validated for Western blot, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation purified by affinity chromatography.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 708-907 of human WHRN (NP_056219.3) and is listed with a molecular weight of 110 kDa. The buffer formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended dilution range for Western blot is 1:500-1:2,000.
