Anti-WFS1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against WFS1 and supplied unconjugated in IgG form. It is validated for Western blot, with select preparations also validated for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence or immunohistochemistry, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified. The expected molecular weight of the target is 100 kDa, and one preparation reports purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

The immunogen used is either a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–285 of human WFS1 (NP_001139325.1) or recombinant full-length human WFS1, depending on the preparation.
