Anti-WDR77 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use only, this rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of total WDR77 protein and is supplied by AFMS as a 100 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.2 mg/mL. The antibody was raised against a fusion protein derived from human WDR77 and is unconjugated, formulated in pH 7.4 PBS with 0.05% NaN3 and 40% glycerol as a Rabbit IgG preparation, and purified by antigen affinity chromatography to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, with demonstrated performance on HeLa, LNCaP, NIH/3T3, K562, and 231 cell lysates separated on 8% SDS-PAGE gels, and on paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue sections. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in Human and Mouse samples, making it suitable for studies spanning both standard cell-line work and tissue-based assays.
