Anti-WDR68 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent targets WDR68, also called DCAF7, a WD40-repeat scaffold protein that binds several kinases including MEKK1, MKK7, and DYRK1A and participates in neural crest development, Wnt signaling, and cell cycle regulation. Sold by Antibodies.com, the antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial, and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples.

The 50% glycerol vehicle keeps the protein aliquot fluid at -20 °C storage, which limits freeze-thaw stress, while the azide suppresses microbial contamination during repeated pipetting from the same vial.
