Anti-WDR48 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against WDR48/UAF1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 450–677 of human WDR48 (NP_065890.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 76 kDa and the product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is by affinity chromatography, with the concentration being lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:50–1:100.
