Anti-WDR1 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against WDR1, a ~66 kDa WD-repeat cytoskeletal regulator also known as AIP1 (Actin-Interacting Protein 1). The reagent is supplied as 200 µL of whole antiserum in a vial and is validated for western blot detection of the human target. In immunoblotting it produces a clean band at the expected molecular weight, supporting studies of cofilin-mediated actin filament disassembly, cell migration, and innate immune cell function.
