Anti-WBSCR27 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against WBSCR27, also known as METTL27 (Methyltransferase-like protein 27; Williams-Beuren syndrome chromosomal region 27 protein), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–245 of human WBSCR27 (NP_689772.2); the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
