Anti-WAVE1 (phospho-Y125) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against WAVE1 and specifically recognises the protein when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 125. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human WAVE1 around the Tyr125 phosphorylation site, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of WAVE1 only under this phosphorylated condition. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for WB and IHC applications, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 65 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
