Anti-WASL Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets WASL (also known as N-WASP, neural Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein), an actin nucleation-promoting factor. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human WASL immunogen and affinity-purified, allowing it to detect the endogenous total WASL protein in lysates and tissue sections. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The 50 µL aliquot is sent at 4 °C and should be stored at –20 °C after delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
