Anti-WASL Antibody

Generated in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, this unconjugated antibody targets WASL (also called N-WASP), the ubiquitously expressed neural Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein that activates the Arp2/3 complex to drive branched actin polymerization. Researchers apply it in western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows to study cytoskeletal remodeling, immune synapse assembly, podosome dynamics, and actin-based intracellular pathogen motility across human, mouse, and rat samples.

Supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the reagent is ready to dilute into standard blocking and incubation solutions.
