Anti-WAS Antibody

Designed for the detection of endogenous Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WAS, also known as IMD2 or actin nucleation-promoting factor WAS), this rabbit polyclonal reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies portfolio. Each vial contains 50 µl of affinity-purified antibody at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, presented unconjugated and free of carrier protein considerations that would interfere with downstream labelling. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, raised against a recombinant immunogen derived from human WAS. The antibody has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across standard laboratory models. The buffer formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as a preservative, and 50% glycerol for cryoprotection. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
