Anti-WAS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against WASP / Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with human samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60–250 of human WASPP (NP_000368.1) and is purified by affinity purification. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 62 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
