Anti-VWF Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Von Willebrand Factor (VWF). The unconjugated reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2645-2813 of human von Willebrand factor (NP_000543.3).

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, the antibody is reactive with human samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 309 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For research use only.
