Anti-VWA5A Antibody

VWA5A (Von Willebrand Factor A Domain Containing 5A), also designated LOH12CR1 in earlier cancer-genetics literature, encodes a member of the von Willebrand factor A-domain protein family and has been investigated as a candidate tumor suppressor mapping to chromosome 12q23–q24 in several epithelial tissues. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is produced in rabbit against recombinant human VWA5A and shows reactivity against the mouse and rat orthologs. The unconjugated IgG is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, packaged as a 100 µl volume ready for dilution into standard assay buffers. For long-term storage, aliquot the stock solution and keep it at -20 °C to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the parent vial.
