Anti-VTN Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting Vitronectin/S-Protein (VTN). The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 364-478 of human Vitronectin (NP_000629.3). Vitronectin/S-Protein has a reported molecular weight of 65 kDa and 75 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC.
