Raised in rabbit against the VTI1B target, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows across human and mouse samples. VTI1B is a v-SNARE protein that participates in vesicle-mediated transport and contributes to autophagosome–lysosome fusion through SNARE complex assembly with syntaxin partners and VAMP family members, making it a useful marker for studies of late endosomal and Golgi trafficking.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the product is ready to dilute into standard blocking and incubation buffers. Laboratories investigating endosomal sorting, autophagy regulation, and membrane trafficking pathways use this reagent to probe VTI1B expression in cultured cell lines and tissue sections, including work on autophagic flux and SNARE-mediated fusion events.

Storage at 4°C is suitable for short-term use; for longer term storage, aliquot and freeze to preserve reagent activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
