Anti-VRK1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against VRK1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is KO Validated and is supported by 4 scientific images. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 257–396 of human VRK1 (NP_003375.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 45 kDa.

The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
