Description
Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets VPS53. The reagent is raised against an 18 amino acid peptide from near the carboxy terminus of human VPS53 and purified by affinity chromatography on a peptide column.
Validated in ELISA, WB and ICC/IF, the antibody has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% Sodium Azide, shipped at 4°C and intended for storage at -20°C after aliquoting; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
