Anti-VPS4A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against VPS4A, supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation by Antibodies.com. The target is detected in Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the antibody is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications. The reagent is affinity purified and is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target protein migrates at 49 kDa.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–120 of human VPS4A (NP_037377.1). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot-specific.
