Anti-VPS33B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting VPS33B, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit hosts and purified by affinity purification.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, the reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 348–617 of human VPS33B (NP_061138.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 62 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
