Anti-Vimentin (I444) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Vimentin (I444) and is supplied in unconjugated form. It is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for work across multiple species.

Validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF applications, the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Vimentin protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 411-460 of Human Vimentin.

The antibody is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Reported molecular weight for the target is ~ 40, 57 kDa.
