Anti-Vimentin Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of Vimentin in human samples. The immunogen corresponds to a synthesized peptide derived from human Vimentin around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine 61, supporting sensitive recognition of the native target. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is validated for Western Blot and ELISA workflows, with published blotting data on 293, A549 and Jurkat lysates demonstrating its performance across common human cell lines.
