Anti-VIM Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the human VIM (vimentin) target and validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence workflows. The immunogen is a recombinant human VIM protein, and the reagent was affinity-purified using that immunogen to deliver specificity for endogenous total VIM protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
