Anti-Vibrio cholerae O1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for diagnostic and research workflows, this mouse monoclonal reagent targets Vibrio cholerae O1, with documented specificity for both the O1-Inaba and O1-Ogawa serotypes and no reactivity against related bacteria such as V. cholerae O139. The antibody was raised against inactivated whole V. cholerae O1-Inaba and is supplied as a Protein A purified monoclonal antibody in a 1 mg format, unconjugated and of the IgG2b isotype. It is validated for ELISA applications and reaches a detection capability of ≤10⁴ cfu/mL, making it suitable for sensitive cholera antigen detection assays. The product is presented in a 20 mM phosphate buffered saline buffer at pH 7.4 containing 50 mM NaCl, with a reported purity of approximately 95%. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and can be kept short term at 4 °C, while long term storage should be at –20 °C in aliquots to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
