Anti-VHR Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against VHR is offered by Antibodies.com for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human VHR, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of VHR protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

VHR is also known by the synonyms Dual specificity protein phosphatase 3, Dual specificity protein phosphatase VHR, and Vaccinia H1-related phosphatase. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
