Anti-VHR Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent targets VHR, a dual-specificity phosphatase also known as DUSP3, which dephosphorylates phosphotyrosine and phosphoserine/phosphothreonine residues within MAPK and JNK signaling cascades. The Antibodies.com reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is validated for Western blot (WB) detection of endogenous VHR protein, typically resolved near the expected ~20 kDa band, as well as for immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Cross-reactivity data indicate reactivity with human VHR, and the polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes across the target.
