Anti-VHL Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Von Hippel Lindau (VHL), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 58–170 of human VHL (NP_000542.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
