Anti-VGF (K458) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the VGF (K458) epitope and is provided as an unconjugated preparation. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 431-480 of human VGF, and the reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reagent detects endogenous levels of VGF protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 67 kDa. One scientific validation image is provided.
