Anti-VEPH1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against VEPH1 (Ventricular zone expressed PH domain containing 1). The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and is validated for Western blot, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 448–547 of human VEPH1 (NP_078897.2). For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Third-party database annotation indicates VEPH1 shows enhanced tissue expression in the adrenal gland, kidney and lung, and localises to the nucleoplasm, nucleoli and cytosol.
