Anti-VEGI (F141) Antibody

An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com, raised against VEGI and directed to the F141 epitope. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 111–160 of human VEGI. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It detects endogenous levels of VEGI protein, and the target migrates at approximately 25 kDa. Purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography purification using the epitope-specific immunogen.
