Anti-VEGFR3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR3), also known as FLT-4, Fms-like tyrosine kinase 4, or tyrosine-protein kinase receptor FLT4. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It was generated by immunizing rabbits with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1279–1283 (L-A-S-E-E) of human VEGFR-3 and was subsequently purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide. The product specifically detects the endogenous level of total VEGFR-3 protein, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 160 kDa, and has been validated for use in Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1000), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity is confirmed for human samples. For stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
