Anti-VEGFR2/Flk-1 (phospho-Y951) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets VEGFR2/Flk-1 when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 951, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples.

It was generated against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VEGFR2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 951, and detects endogenous levels of VEGFR2/Flk-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr951. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It recognises VEGFR2 at molecular weights of approximately 150 and 210 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
