Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting VEGFR2/Flk-1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 1214, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Specificity: p-VEGFR2 (Y1214) pAb detects endogenous levels of VEGFR2 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1214. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). Reported molecular weight: ~ 150, 210 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
