Anti-VEGFR2/Flk-1 (phospho-Y1214) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against VEGFR2/Flk-1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1214. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VEGFR2 around the Tyr1214 phosphorylation site, and the reagent is unconjugated.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of VEGFR2/Flk-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1214. Observed molecular weights are approximately 150 and 210 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
