Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against VEGFR2/Flk-1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 1175. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, and recognises endogenous VEGFR2 only when phosphorylated at Tyr1175.
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen by affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 150 and 210 kDa.
