Anti-VEGFR2/Flk-1 (phospho-Y1175) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, specific for VEGFR2/Flk-1 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1175. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human VEGFR2 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1175, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Flk-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1175.

Validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and presented at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight is ~ 150, 210 kDa. Purity is > 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
