Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against VEGFR2/Flk-1 at the I1220 epitope and is validated for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). It specifically detects endogenous levels of VEGFR2 protein and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
Provided as an unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 150 and 210 kDa.
